The line of WorkForce models offer varied capabilities designed to create excellent document solutions including performance, reliability, fast speeds, image quality and accuracy. The WorkForce DS-760 and DS-860, Epson’s fastest professional sheetfed document scanners1, are versatile workgroup or departmental solutions designed for a wide range of markets – from healthcare and finance to insurance and legal. Delivering scan speeds up to 65 pages per minute (ppm)2, the DS-760 and DS-860 offer robust duty cycles, scanning up to 4,500 and 6,000 sheets per day, respectively, and can hold up to 80 pages in the built-in Automatic Document Feeder (ADF). The WorkForce DS-510 is a compact scanner with scan-to-cloud capabilities with its intuitive one-touch button, fast scan speeds (up to 26 ppm/52ipm) and the ability to scan to email and PDF.

Large-format scanners including the WorkForce DS-6500, DS-7500, DS-60000 and DS-70000 also offer a robust duty cycle of up to 3,000 to 8,000 sheets per day. Delivering fast scan speeds of up to 70ppm/140ipm (DS-70000), these higher-speed models can hold up to 100 to 200 pages per day in the ADF. Equipped with flatbeds, the models can scan documents as large as 8.5” x 11.7” to 11.7” x 17” or 8.5” x 40” to 11.7” x 100” via the ADF.

The WorkForce models are equipped with Epson Document Capture Pro, advanced color and image adjustment capabilities, OCR software (DS-510, DS-760 and DS-860), and TWAIN and ISIS drivers for compatibility with third-party programs, such as PSIGEN. The models can scan both sides of one sheet in just one pass for increased efficiency. They also feature ultrasonic double-feed detection technology, which automatically stops the scan job if two pages feed together, enabling users to easily correct mis-feeds without restarting the entire process.
