For over 60 years, family-owned Consolidated Agencies has provided families in Southeast Michigan with various tailored insurance solutions. Insurance agencies are traditionally print-heavy businesses, with forms, agreements, contracts, and client documents printed daily. While some agreements and paperwork are managed electronically, insurance agencies are required by law to maintain certain physical documents.
With the need for a more cost-efficient solution, Consolidated Agencies' president, Shane Henry, chose to replace one of his laser printers with an Epson WorkForce® ST-C4100 Supertank color MFP. While the supersized ink tanks and low-cost replacement ink bottles were a draw, Henry was also drawn to ST-C4100 for its scanning, copying, wireless capabilities, and its compact size.
