Dr. Michael Mensah, a former Olympic-level athlete and chiropractic physician based in West Hollywood, Calif., founded Mensah Chiropractic in 2018. Mensah Chiropractic provides services in sports therapy, functional medicine, physiotherapy, acupuncture, and massage, as well as chiropractic manipulation.
Many modern practices use a healthcare management software package. Mensah Chiropractic uses Unified Practice™ for charting, recordkeeping, scheduling, and other crucial functions. Yet like most, the practice still depends on large quantity of paper-based assessments, forms and handouts, including intake forms, patient treatment plans, individualized instructional packets, and reports. The switch to the new Epson printer and document scanner came out of frustration with their old equipment: a popular desktop laser printer that would frequently jam and disconnect from the network.
