Designed to produce the finest exhibition quality prints, the new desktop SureColor photographic printer integrates renowned Epson technology to create prints as the artist intended. Incorporating technological breakthroughs, expanded color gamut capabilities1 and enhanced reliability, it meets the demanding needs of professional and production photographic markets.

Purpose-built to meet the demanding needs of the serious photographer, the new desktop SureColor photographic printer features a refined design and extended color gamut1 to consistently deliver high-quality, sellable prints.  Touting industry-leading print permanence, it produces prints that last up to 200 years in color and 400 years in black and white.2 To support a variety of media, the new desktop photographic printer includes built-in roll support, an auto cutter and a high-capacity cassette designed to accommodate up to 100 cut sheets from 8.5” x 11” to 17” x 22”.3

To further support today’s creative workflows that leverage both Epson and third-party media, the new SureColor photographic printer features Epson Media Installer, a software application designed to help control printer mechanical parameters for successful printing with a variety of media, including thick fine art papers. The SureColor P5370 combines an advanced 10-channel MicroPiezo® AMC™ printhead with Epson Precision Dot screening technology to produce prints with smooth tonal renditions and exquisite details. Featuring the 10-color UltraChrome PRO10 ink set, with Violet ink, it offers an extensive range of blue hues, and touts dedicated channels for Photo and Matte Black inks helping to save time and reduce ink waste. The printer’s built-in Carbon Black Mode increases Dmax and allows for rich blacks and exceptional contrast on glossy paper. Offering flexibility, reliability and increased productivity, the SureColor P5370 empowers photographers to produce exhibition-quality prints.

Availability

The SureColor P5370 is now available through Epson Authorized Professional Imaging Resellers for an MSRP of $2,095. The printer is designed for use exclusively with Epson ink.4
